Linking Age Groups
This enables age group to be linked together to be counted as one single age group for the purposes of calculating club records.
For example, where age group names have been changed such as Ladies becoming Women. A parent age group can be connected to any number of child age groups. All the child age groups are considered to be the same as the parent when computing club records. So a Ladies round with a score of 1090 would beat a Women round of 1067. The score when entered will retain the age group that was originally shot, this just groups age groups for comparison purposes.
Note the software doesn't check if the age groups are actually related so care is needed to ensure parent - child relationships are correct to avoid errors in calculating club records.
Every age group in the child column must be unique, a child age group can't have two parent age groups. A child age group cannot be a parent of another age group.
