Statements
A statement for a member showing current status and any payments owing can be accessed by clicking the green statement button next to the member name. This will only be visible if the member has a subscription set up.
The Statement page shows the current position of the member and if any monies are owing. It details the subscriptions that are either not expired or have unpaid fees and any related payments. Past subscriptions that are fully paid are not shown.
The statement can be printed, downloaded (as PDF) or emailed direct to the member.If emailing additional boxes will be revealed containing details and the covering message:
The message can be edited before sending. The Save as Default button will save the message as the default for future use. Note that this message is used in other parts of the system when sending statements to users.
The statement, exactly as shown in the preview window, will be added to the message as an attachment.
