Add Affiliation

To add a new affiliation click Add Affiliation

Enter the required details.

The items in the Affiliation drop down are from the master list of Affiliations maintained by your club. If an affiliation is missing you will have to ask them to add it.

A non-optional field to store the registration ID.  This is the membership reference from the affiliated organisation (eg Archery GB).

A photo of the registration card can be uploaded if desired.  Browse to the location and select the desired file (max 5Mb).

Your club may require you to submit a photo for verification purposes.

Click Add to Affiliations to add to the register.
