Adding User
This adds an ordinary user (shooting member). They have access only to their own scores and what they can do is controlled by settings.
Select the member from the drop down list.Enter their email address. Make sure you enter the correct email address as the user will be emailed details and asked to confirm their email address and enter a password.
Allocate a User ID. This will be checked against others and if a clash is found this will be notified.
The Look Up tool will find the users current email address on the system. As this may be missing or not up to date manual entry is provided.
Clicking Add User will add the member as a user of Golden Records Online.
They will be sent an email inviting them to activate their account and create a password. Until they do this they will not be able to log in.
